Schedule 1-on-1 private lessons with our qualified coaches to work on your personal goals. Learn and review ALL the basics of boxing within your first 10 sessions. After that, we customize every session based on YOUR needs.
If your goal is fitness or weight loss, we’ll turn up the intensity and push your physical limits while keeping training fun and engaging. Want to improve your boxing skills? We’ll focus on specific drills and optional sparring to expand your knowledge and sharpen your self-defense abilities.
We offer both 30-minute and 60-minute lessons that you can do individually or with up to 4 people—perfect for training with a friend or family member.
Come down and do your own thing. Lift some weights, do cardio, use the mirrors, hit the bag, hang out with other students, stay in a positive environment, and work toward your goals.
Use any area of the gym that is not being used by a coach and put in some extra work.
Our Youth Boxing Program is the BEST after school activity to build your child’s confidence, discipline, self-defense skills, friendships, and overall fitness while having a great time!
In our all-levels boxing class for students ages 10–16, kids focus on learning proper form and technique through an engaging 45-minute session. Each week, we introduce new skills and drills to keep them progressing and improving.
No boring repetitive workouts here—every class is different and designed to keep kids motivated and excited to train. We cover all aspects of boxing including footwork, head movement, blocking, combinations, strategy, and specialty techniques.

Every week we focus on new techniques to keep building your skills. You’ll never get the same boring workout twice when you come to class. Boxing is made up of many different elements to develop including footwork, head movement, blocking, combinations, strategies, and specialty moves.

All experience levels are welcome in this class from beginner to advanced. We rotate through different “Themes of the Week,” so you won’t see the same lesson plan for about 3 months at a time.
In every class, we break down basic technique, demonstrate each combination, explain why we use it, and show you how to apply it with proper form. Workouts include warmups, shadowboxing, partner drills, mitt work, heavy bag, core training, and whatever the coach feels will challenge you most to keep each class exciting and effective for the best results.
ONLY ADVANCED STUDENTS are allowed in this class. It is designed specifically for those who love the sport of boxing, want to develop real self-defense skills, pursue competitive fighting, and are comfortable with contact.
We focus on advanced offensive and defensive techniques through drills, scenarios, strategies, and real application with sparring. The only way to get better at fighting is by fighting. Repeating what you learn until it becomes second nature is how you master your craft.
